Answer Yes, buying tickets via the ticketfinders.com.au website is very safe as we do not hold any client information on our website. We ensure the safety of our clients personal and billing information at all times.
Question How do I know that my credit/debit card details are safe when booking online?
Answer When booking online payments are processed directly by your bank or credit card provider, therefore no credit/debit card details are known.
Question Can I cancel for any reason after I have placed an order?
Answer No, once you have placed an order there are no exchanges or cancellations.
Question How long will I have to wait for my tickets to be delivered?
Answer Tickets are shipped out to you as soon as we received them. They are sent via special delivery and need to be signed for at your end. We guarantee that all ticket orders are delivered at least 2 days prior to the event. You will be informed in plenty of time if there is any delay or change to delivery.
Question Why is the price on the ticket different to what I paid and who decides the price?
Answer The price quoted includes the face value plus a premium charged by the Source, with whom we have purchased these tickets from. A premium is charged to the face value of the ticket this is due to supply and demand of the current market value. We have multiple suppliers of tickets who have different costs; therefore price does vary and also change. However we aim to give you the best seats at the best price.

Answer We source these tickets on your behalf from various suppliers within the industry.
Question Can I buy tickets that are not listed on your website or are for international events?
Answer Yes, you can as our network of suppliers is worldwide. Simply click here to contact is and fill out the request form.
Question I would like to sell tickets I have. Do you buy tickets?
Answer Yes, as well as selling tickets we do also buy tickets for all major events. Please contact us via email explaining what tickets you would like to sell, or alternatively you can call our offices.

Answer For your information ticketfinders.com.au, is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the business of buying and selling tickets at a premium for sporting events, concerts and theatre. The amount charged over the face value of the tickets due to supply and demand of the current market value for sourcing sold out events. ticketfinders.com.au is not in anyway affiliated with any organisers of the event for which we obtain tickets.
Question Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?
Answer No. All orders are considered final once a client hits the "buy" button to place his or her order. At that point, there are no cancellations or exchanges allowed unless otherwise noted.
Question Will I get a refund if my event is rescheduled, rained out or postponed?
Answer If an event is officially rescheduled, rained out or postponed (for any reason including an act of God), an announcement regarding the rescheduled date, time, and any other particulars will be made on one or all of the following: (a) in local newspapers, (b) on local radio, (c) on our website at www.ticketfinders.com.au, and/or (d) on team, artist or box office website. In the event of a rainout, please retain your ticket. A replacement ticket or a refund will not be issued.
Question What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Answer Please safeguard all tickets and handle them as you would handle cash. Lost or stolen tickets: (a) will not be replaced; (b) will not have location slips issued in replacement; and (c) cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
