The terms and conditions of sale of the tickets from ticketfinders.com.au are set out below. Please read the terms and conditions carefully and note that by using ticketfinders.com.au site you agree to and are bound by them:
These conditions apply to both the sale and any re-sale or subsequent assignment and apply in relation to any attendance at any event.
- Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market prices are subject to change at any time. For up to date current prices please consult our web site.
- A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.
- Ticketfinders.com.au reserves the right to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the purchaser.
- Tickets will be despatched using secure post delivering world wide.
- Ticketfinders.com.au will not be responsible for event postponements or event cancellations of any kind. This includes changes in event dates, event time, venue change and weather conditions. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE FINAL.
- Ticketfinders.com.au is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets for admission to events world wide.
- Ticket finders is not affiliated with any box office.
- Payment for tickets will be accepted by Sion Events Pty. All payments will be taken in AUD. The name Sion Events Pty will also appear on your credit card statement.
- If you breach these terms and conditions, ticketfinders.com.au reserves the right to prevent your future use of this web site, cancel your request, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

THE PROVISION OF ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGES AND RELATED HOSPITALITY SERVICES BY TICKETFINDERS.COM.AU ARE EXPRESSLY CONDITIONAL UPON THE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW (ALSO REFERRED TO AS THE "CONTRACT"). ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROPOSED BY YOU IN ADDITION TO, OR IN CONFLICT WITH THESE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSLY REJECTED BY TICKETFINDERS.COM.AU.
If a refund is made ticketfinders.com.au may retain a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost paid to TicketFinders.
Ticketfinders.com.au reserves the following rights:
To add, withdraw or reschedule a substitute artist and/or vary advertised prices, venue, seating arrangements and venue capacity;
To charge a fee for the replacement of tickets;
The right to admission is subject to the sellers and the venues terms of admission which are available from ticketfinders.com.au on request. Late entry may result in non-admittance until a break in the performance;
Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted. The right is reserved to broadcast on any event.
It may be a condition of entry to individual events to search of person and/or their possessions required at the time of the venue.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or de-faced in any way or are not purchased from other authorised points of sale.
Delivery of Tickets
We will endeavour to deliver your tickets as soon as possible. As soon as we receive tickets from our suppliers they will be sent to you via Australia Post Registered Post Service for customers within Australia. For customers outside Australia tickets will be sent by either international registered post or by UPS/FED-EX depending on time limitations. Customers outside the Australia may be asked to provide Australian hotel details if we need to deliver within Australia.
Customers will be notified when tickets are being dispatched by telephone call or email to the phone-number/email address provided. Customers must also ensure that they have paid the correct amount of postage costs depending on where they are having the tickets delivered to.
You should expect to receive your tickets no later than one week before the performance date. Due to the nature of the business tickets may occasionally arrive with the customer up to and including the day of the show. On rare occasions tickets may not arrive with us until the day of the show. In this circumstance customers will be asked to collect the tickets from a representative at the venue hosting the show.
Cancellation
TicketFinders reserves the right to refund customers wintout notice for orders that they have been unable to fullfill due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances out of their control.
Rescheduling of events
If an event is rescheduled by the artist or promoter you will receive tickets to the rescheduled show. We do not have any control over these events. We will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a concert is cancelled/rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure the eventt is going ahead before travelling. We will do our best to inform you if the date has been changed but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. We strongly advise that you check before making arrangements.
Other Notes
We will endeavour to seat all customers together. However with large numbers, you may find that you are broken up into pairs and threes.
General Admission Tickets :
Please note when buying tickets for a genaral admission or unreserved seating that lost or stolen tickets CANNOT be replaced.
Venue Collection :
Important, please note: In some cases event tickets may be listed by our suppliers for collection at the venue on the day of the event. In such instances you will have to collect your tickets you have purchased from the venue on the day of the event. In such instances you will be informed of this prior to the event taking place and will be provided with comprehensive instructions of the process of collecting your tickets at the venue.
